A blocked fg
A missed fg
A made fg

Santa Margarita has one big play for a TD.

The rain killed this game.

Totally agree SC's the better team, I'm just saying they aren't prepared as well for this game or the rest of the playoffs. SM may not be as good but they are definitely better than anyone SC has played up to know

Why did Bosco punt with 1 time out left?

If I'm Orange Lutheran I take the safety there and punt from the 20.

SJB defeated OLU, 48-0, in the first game. We are to understand that it is *ONLY* the rain which explains the shocking disparity in outcomes. The notion of the losing team in game 1 fairing better in game two, is, of course, thoroughly dismissed by many.

I figured it would be another blowout and didn't tune in.  What happened?  Outplayed?  Turnovers?

While I assume all will say that the outcome was 100% exclusively a byproduct of the rain, it must also be pointed out that literally no one, if given the chance in advance, would have actually said "Oh, of there's rain  OLU may upset them".  ::)

Didn't watch game and will withhold my judgement but the rain is absolutely no excuse for losing or winning with either team.  Neither is one dimensional.  IMO.

It gives them a much better chance. Orange lutheran doesn't match up with Bosco on the edges but they match up okay upfront.  The rain neutralizes those edge advantages a lot.
