How good a team is Point Loma (San Diego)?....

Anyone know?

They are really good.... Their game against San Marcos will be tough because San Marcos plays in the best League in San Diego and their only losses were close games with the 3 Open Teams....

Point Loma has a really nice Defense and they are Explosive on Offense, Very good OL and DL, really good Speed.... They are normally a D2/D3 level team but they Beat SDCC which Definitely Bumped them to D1... That win however needs to be taken with a Grain of Salt as SDCC's Top 3 Players we're all out due to injuries from the DLS game Including their D1 QB, D1RB who has a ton of offers and D1 OT....

I would definitely pick them over San Marcos, but they won't beat Lincoln in the D1 Semis....

The Funny thing is that them beating SDCC and Lincoln losing to SDCC dropped Lincoln into D1 because of the stupid ranking system.... On top of that, They got a Crap Seed in D1, probably should have been a 3 and not a 4 putting them in Lincoln's side of the Bracket.... 🤣

I was at the game when they played De LaSalle, he's the real deal, was the only one who could muster any offense against the DLS defense. I think LB will be the best place for him at the next level if he gains 20 pounds. Hopefully USC can get a hold of him.

SDCC's D1 QB is out for the season getting injured against DLS.... Their Back Up QB can't throw.... The way SDCC beat Lincoln SD was by using ther RB at QB and running the Wildcat Formation for almost all the game and he scored like 5 TD's I think....

Mission Hills is a very well coached team and with 2 weeks to prepare for SDCC I would expect they will be ready for this where SF Lincoln was not.... SDCC will have the advantage on the OLine, So I Expect they will win a Close game... Should be a really good game....

Totally agree, he was possibly the most impressive player on the field that night.... DLS was able to contain him because once the QB for SDCC got hurt the Back up was an awful passer.... So they were able to load the box against him and DLS had the Speed to keep him from breaking a big play....

The good news is USC is at the top of his list, he is projecting out as a safety in College, but either way, he definitely will need to add some weight....!🤣

If it's raining down in So Cal as Bad as it was in Nor Cal yesterday, it will definitely be messy tonight.... Will make the SC vs RSM game really interesting....

It won't matter, in the San Diego game though SDCC's qb is a dual threat, he is great running QB and SDCC has the Better RB and OLine.... Weather will make it closer, but SDCC still wins by 2 or more scores.....
