They might make it as the 4th team in that 7 team District.

Longview in
North Forney in
Rockwall in
4th?

Rockwall gave Lake Travis everything they wanted finally losing 28-20. Lake Travis is currently #8 in Texas.

Just sayin'

So you have North Forney beating Heath?

Pretty much.
North Forney may have the best offense in that district which starts with  4* QB Legend Bey committed to Tennessee.. they bring back basically the entire offense

North Forney may have some question marks on defense though........ Dave Campbell has North Forney in his Top 25 6A poll.

North Forney QB Legend Bey has a 10.23 100 Meters on  his resume. He rushed for almost 2000 yards last year and scored 28 TDs. .....

He may pass it 10 to 15 times a game.

North Forney  has 3 D1 WRs when he does throw it though...

He won't play QB of Tennessee. But at the high school level these kind of cats can be hard to handle.

I wanted to see for myself. I guess if people  doubt me they're more than welcome to pull up his highlights.

This cat is freaky quick and fast and he can throw it a little bit. Lots of Texas people are comparing him to Lamar Jackson.
Hell, this team might beat Longview this year for all I know.

Bottom line > North Forney QB Legend Dey is scary

Yes and they've both improved with NF also being better at bringing in transfers. NF brought back 16 starters while Heath 17.  Remember the point is not that Heath can't make the playoffs, just that it will be difficult. It's not a gimme

Heath, forney, NF, Rockwall and LV are all doing well (they have 5 losses combined so far, every one of them to a ranked team)

Might be a 7-10 point game this year too.
That speedy North Forney QB Legend Bey rushed for 325 yards and 6 TDs in that game...... had 2 long 75 yard TD runs.
Only threw the ball 11 times for 50 Yards

I'm just riding with that dude, but like I said their defense might be a little suspect.

North Forney is all offense.
That's still a good win for Rockwell Heath.....

Quote from: Redzone on Sep 12, 2025, 05:40 AMTruthfully, it's not that big a deal.

San Juan Hills is more highly regarded in California than Rockwall-Heath is in Texas. That's just a fact.

At this point, this isn't a fact.

This could be the worst Longview team in over 20 years. They still managed to take Louisiana top five Ruston to the brink, losing a three-point heartbreaker on the road against the refs.

Without a doubt that Longview District is the toughest District in all of Texas this year........
Tough night for Longview > they muffed a punt giving Forney 7 points and then in the fourth quarter with about 3 minutes left Longview fumbled on the Forney 4 yard line. Longview got the ball back and then was stuffed on a 4th and 1.

Note: #25 San Juan Hills crushed a highly regarded Yorba Linda squad last night. Yorba Linda came in with a 5-1 record.

There you go again trying to trump up some no name team. Yorba Linda was barely top 50 in Cali. They lost to something called Tustin by double digits. Just stop spewing out this nonsense day after day! You're simply not cut out for the national scene. Stay in your gutter down in Lousyana, swamp turd.
