Last 3 Curtis/St Aug

2025: St Aug 55 John Curtis 27
2025: St Aug 31 John Curtis 28
2024: St Aug 29 John Curtis 20

Like I said, Curtis can't even beat St Aug these days.
This year's Curtis/St Aug game probably a toss-up.
If Aug wins that'll be 4 in a row.
St Aug loses their QB, but they always got big and fast dudes. Fact!

Quote from: Redzone on Apr 06, 2026, 06:27 AMThat's like me calling the DLS Spartans a California power now because they hang around the CA Top 25.

If DLS scheduled North Shore TX this year DLS would be a 3 to 4 TD underdog easily.

No one looks at DLS the same either.
They're definitely not scaring anyone these days.
DLS doesn't schedule a team like Cathedral as their big OOS opponent either. DLS plays teams like Lakeland,  Curtis plays garbage usually.

Quote from: Redzone on Apr 06, 2026, 07:06 AMWhat's crazy is the last State Championship John Curtis won was in 2022 and they lost 2 games that year.

Zachary (Baton Rouge) 40 John Curtis 21
Edna Karr (NOLA) 38 John Curtis 6

https://www.maxpreps.com/la/river-ridge/john-curtis-christian-patriots/football/22-23/schedule/

Put Zachary in Florida and Edna Karr in California and that's a big freaking deal? 🤠🏈🤠🏈

Not so much on the Bayou.
NO ONE beats Louisiana High School State Football champions more than the State of Louisiana
..

I would hope so,  they get a crack at them every season. OOS opponents that are strong football teams usually destroy the Louisiana champ when they play.  I'd venture to say Louisiana has a 25 percent winning percentage in those match ups or less

This makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever.

Even you can do better.

What is St Aug's record vs John Curtis since they hired the new head coach and have a new coaching staff?

Steeler01 now has to go to Walmart. Sad!

Recently, 2 year window lol.

Augustine was the 2nd best team in Louisiana this year.  They played twice.  Recently is within the last 4 years at least.

Curtis wins the game this year.

Augustine with their best team in the last 25 years probably, needed a last second td pass to win the playoff game.

If recently is the last 4 years why did you go back to 2017?
Christ!

In the last 4 years St Aug is 3-2 vs John Curtis with St Aug winning the last 3 in a row. Making me right;

You are really struggling miserably.
But then again I have this effect on people and you should know that better than anyone.

I did the last 10 match ups

You're wrong.

In the last 4 years they'd be 3-3.

2023

Curtis 36 Augustine 26

Playoffs

Curtis 49 Augustine 42

2022

Curtis 28 Augustine 21

So you'd be wrong

St Aug has beaten John Curtis 3 in a row. Just that simple.
The rosters going into 2026 are pretty much going to be the same give or take 4 or 5 kids. You can get an excellent read in 2 years.

Absolutely ridiculous going back 4 years, even 3 years.
Crazy talk.

I had forgot about 2023.
St Aug was terrible that year. Probably why I forgot.
St Aug was 0-6 in District play.

If St Aug wins this year that will be 4 in a row and John Curtis will have to turn in their National Powerhouse membership card. 🤠🏈🤠

This is reminiscent of 2013/2014 when Augustine won back to back games vs Curtis and you were all giddy.  They didn't win again till last year.

when STA came over and lumped up state champion Curtis, red flag said it was no big deal because Curtis lost by two to St Augustine.

But he has been beating his chest about Louisiana teams beating 6-6 Cathedral and 6-4 Legacy TX. Neither of which are in the top 100 in their own state.

That's what you were dealing with when you are arguing with this clown
