Sierra Canyon has already beaten two of the Trinity League's bottom half squads by 18 and 21, so logic would dictate that if we're supposed to view Pacifica as a viable top 15 team in California that they should (at the very least) be able to keep pace with what two squads that most would agree are also in the mix for a top 15 slot.

Not for nothing, Pacifica's 35-6 win over Palmdale Highland was a lot more in line with what #106 Apple Valley did to Highland than what #3 Santa Margarita did. Make of that what you will.

Pacifica's highest ranked opponent outside of Sierra Canyon is 46th ranked Saint Bonaventure to end the season.  Outside of that, their next highest ranked opponent is 84th ranked Newbury Park.

Cajun claiming they're really good by talking about their record only is laughable.

A loss to anyone on their schedule outside of Sierra Canyon and they're a top 60 team at best in California.

They beat one team ranked in the top 25 all season long. You put them in division 2, they lose and don't get extra points from maxpreps to get them that high. 

Going into the playoffs they were ranked below every team in division 2 and that's where their ranking should be to end the season( Maxpreps needs to input that into their algorithm for Cali).
