I actually saw the 1971 Valdosta Wildcats play.  They were about 20 years ahead of their time.  It was staggering how good they were.

Back when I was dabbling in HS sports media, I saw several of these teams from the sidelines, including 2006 Lakeland, 2007 Northwestern, 2008 and 2010 Aquinas, and 2011 Dan Bosco prep. All great teams.
