Meanwhile, I guess the Pac-12 Conference will look a little different next year.


The Pac-12 Conference is being rebuilt as a new, smaller league with an official launch set for July 1, 2026. Following the departure of most of its original members, the conference has added nine members, including Texas State, Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Oregon State, San Diego State, Utah State, and Washington State. This new league will consist of nine total members, with eight of them playing FBS football, to maintain NCAA recognition.
