Quote from: Redzone on Oct 16, 2025, 12:52 PMJust looking at Centennial this year they should have 25 to 30 kids play college football at the next level. My best guess right now is 20 of those will be D1, if not more.

Maybe Centennial is little down this year...... still 10 times more talented than Bixby. Let me put it to you like this. They don't look the same on the football field.

You do understand what roster means, right?
If you have 8 seniors, 8 juniors and 6 sophomores with D1 offers that's 22 right there........ you can even add some freshman in nowadays.

I guarantee you when Centennial takes the field tomorrow night they will have more than 10 D1s on the field. Sheesh!

Try not to be a Gaybob813....... I promise you that won't work out well for you.

No They Don't.... And No They won't... The only "GayBob813" here is you.... 🤣

I've never watched a Bixby game in my life and probably never will. 😭
Yet you feel qualified to diss on their program.  You don't know what you don't know but even more outstanding is you don't care.

The mark of a weak mind is attacking the person instead of the concept/discussion.

You're right about me not caring.

When Bixby takes their Clown/Magic Show nationally and puts up 78-81 points on a national stage maybe I'll change my opinion...

I might even buy their trickery books and trickery videos. 😭

Be nice, Redzone

They did exactly that in 2019, hanging 77 on Mansfield Timberview a week before Timberview lost to 13-2:Lake Travis 48-28. Three years later Bixby won the rematch 69-0.

I personally wouldn't call that a "national" game but Timberview is certainly no worse of a "national" opponent than Santaluces, LA Cathedral, or any number of random Mississippi teams.

Come on, Man. ......

When Bixby won State in 2018 they could barely beat Texas #80 Mansfield Timberview 36-33.

Don't do this......

In 2019 when Bixby put 77 on Mansfield Timberview they were (6-5) and #163 in Texas.

I admire your attempt, woody .....but maybe you probably should have skipped this attempt.

And they gave up an average of 50? points a game to complete nobodies.

In my own words I wouldn't consider Timberview a "national" opponent and my history of discussing out of state matchups speaks to that rather clearly.

You happen to have a history where teams like Santaluces, LA Cathedral, and Stephensville get hyped up for no other purpose than to make it look like Louisiana is doing heavier lifting than what they actually are. My point of bringing up Timberview isn't to offer them up as some rhetorical checkmate, it's to highlight your hypocrisy related to "national" matchups when they involve a Louisiana team versus when they don't.

Timberview is very clearly not on the same level as a Bixby, let alone a Duncanville or a North Shore. With that said I think you'd find they have a hell of a lot in common with your Santaluces, your Cathedrals, your Stephensvilles, or your McAllisters (OK).

By and large it's pretty clear that the top-tier Tulsa teams have a spot in the national conversation. It's also pretty clear that Bixby is the heir apparent to the Unions and the Jenks that spent decades trading places as the Oklahoma delegate in the national ranking conversation.

They beat them worse than the TX #13, 25 and 30 team did.

Also Los Angeles Cathedral is pacing to be #163 or worse in Cali. Are you gonna call that out as a dud game?

Union butt drilled  Lousiana state champ Evangel scoring 44 on them. So red flag knows Oklahoma can field a team good enough for kicking in the top Louisiana program

I really don't know why you insist on bringing up totally irrelevant stuff......"filler," is all I can guess.
No one has been pimping John Curtis and Ruston as Top 25 teams this year. They are not even in this equation..

The equation is a fairly simple one, woody.
Bixby is inside most Top 25 Polls and are actually #1 Nationally per 1 computer.

If you're argument is that sounds good to you because they beat (6-5) Mansfield Timberview in 2019 ...... then have at it and go to town!

Sheesh ..

Good thing you are noticing this troll is a hypocritical pussy not meant to be taken seriously. When he applies criticism to a team or state you can easily without much research hit him with equal or harsher criticism about Louisiana and he will dismiss it.

It's just mindless bullshit not meant to be serious. For example Cathedral can finish with 6-7 losses and outside the Cali top 200 and this piece of shit will keep pushing that they were actually 10-1 the year before and preseason top 25 in state. So this punk for years will try and use a team that already graduated and a newspaper preseason ranking and completely dismiss and ignore the actual game results of the actual season.

He's a pussy

Here's how you can squash this pussy once and for all. In 2012 John Curtis won some Dallas Jackson comic book title. The best win by far was against national number #325 Plant who finished 21st in FL and lost by 3 scores in the 2nd round.

Here is the national rankings of John Curtis playoff path that year.

#8,754
#4,100
#3594 - quarterfinals
#3988 - semi finals
#782 - finals

And someone named then number 1 and Red Flag celebrated it as a fact that can't be disputed. I'm not sure if he admiited the schedule was atrocious or he was trolling back then too.

Right now, Bixby has 2 wins better than Curtis' best win all year, and all 7 of Bixby's opponents are much higher ranked than all Curtis opponents that year outside of Plant and Evangel.

Meaning if you took Curtis and Bixby combined 21 opponents, Bixby would have 7 out of the top 10!!!!
