Booty made a decision in April to leave for USC. Duron, wasn't some replacement with one week of reps. Laughable that you even tried to compare the two situations. In fact,  Duron started for ECA in 2003 and 2004 as the QB.

The fact of the matter is Geoff Nixon transferred to Evangel a week or two after Booty made his decision to leave early.
He was going to be Evangel's QB, but the LHSAA ruled him ineligible basically right before the season started. Evangel's other QB transferred to Calvary Baptist.

Next up was the WR Duron right before the 2003 season started. He eventually turned out to be a pretty decent QB

August 7, 2003 -- The Louisiana High School Athletic Association ruled today that former McKinney North quarterback Geoff Nixon, who left the North Texas high school last spring to enroll at Shreveport (La.) The legit AHP backup QB going into this season was their WR, just that f****** simple...... call him QB2 or whatever you want to call him.

AHP QB2 last year was a WR...... And he led them to a state championship...

Spend more time on research and less time hating and being jealous of Louisiana, runt.
That way you won't embarrass yourself so badly.

Interesting result from Maryland over the weekend with Bishop McNamara playing DeMatha in a tight 12-7 game. Ed's boat-raced McNamara a few weeks ago and I figured nationally ranked DeMatha would as well.

The Toledo quarterback threw for 270 yards against Kentucky.

They literally are the worst defense in the SEC. That's a statistical fact. And they shut down Manning with ease.

Got outplayed by a no name freshman QB from Kentucky and that wasn't even close.

Anyone stupid enough to think Manning should be a top pick, should never even consider being a GM. Looking at Dan Orlovsky.
