Quote from: Steeler01 on Today at 09:25 PMAnd yet you're crying over Texas not being in cause of Arch lol.

I'm not crying
Just pointing Texas had 3 wins vs Top 15 teams and went 2-2 vs the Playoff Bracket.

How many wins does Miami have vs the Playoff Bracket..... How many wins does Miami have vs Top 15 teams?....1

Miami got a gift!

Quote from: Steeler01 on Today at 09:21 PMThey have 3 losses as well.

One,  a bad loss to Florida

So?

Oklahoma has a bad double digit loss to Texas!
Texas A&M has a bad double digit loss to Texas!

Quote from: Redzone on Today at 09:08 PMWhat they need to do is make the AAC (Tulane, South Florida, Memphis, etc) a P4 instead of that G5 nonsense.......

Then you put your 5 Conference Champions in the playoffs no matter what and that leaves you with 7 at large choices.

And then people can cry about those 7 at large teams> with this and that, that and this. The normal b*******!

At the end of the day those teams that missed the playoffs did not win their conference so none of them should be crying. 🤠🏈🤠

Doesn't say much for the Top 15 teams in the nation

If Texas had played San Diego State Week 1 instead of Ohio State......Texas would be in the playoffs right now. Fact!

Just a criteria for 12 best

Quote from: ChimpGrip on Today at 03:16 PMI GET it, the system/criteria (evolving) is as so.

But when you have Vanderbilt, Texas and Notre Dame on the outside looking in, come on. These three teams would whip JMU and Tulane.

Stop crying.
The criteria is the criteria. They didn't just make it up this week.

Blame the ACC........ their conference champion did not even make the college playoffs. Had Virginia beat Duke last night Virginia would have been in the college football playoffs and Virginia is a very weak football team.
That said > I'm not sure Virginia could even beat JMU...... so that's probably a wash.

Tulane was in regardless because they did what they were supposed to do.
Next year it could be Memphis, South Florida or even Navy that makes the college football playoffs by winning the AAC. The AAC Is a very solid football conference.
