Pinnacle was 7-5 last year and barely a Top 20 Arizona team if Maxpreps is your Bible. I don't have a clue, no need to have a clue.

Fast forward to 2026 >  Pinnacle smashes nationally ranked Basha 40-6. The focus of this discussion should be entirely on that.
BUT, I got a vacuum cleaner salesman trying to sell me a Pinnacle Deluxe
 X758 Model.

Pinnacle could barely beat  7-6: Salpointe last year 28-21

The Pinnacle is just an average very overpriced vacuum cleaner.
Save your money and go get one at Walmart

Quote from: Wooderson on Sep 14, 2026, 05:18 AMLast year there were 311 11-man teams in Louisiana. Subtract 300 (or 305)  from that and you have a number other than zero.

Bitch.

Yeah, I'm looking at #311 right now.

#311 Louisiana Kings
I don't even know who the fuck that is..

I don't even think it's a school. Some kind of Freelance thing.

You and the Blade really need to get off MaxPreps!

Salpointe played seven games against teams Maxpreps had ranked ahead of them and went 1-6 in those games. Do you understand that when you play teams better than you that most of the time you lose?

(It's hysterical that you attempt to shit on Maxpreps while giving a shout-out to a team that exemplifies how accurate their rankings can be.)

Since 2019 Arizona's alignment model has given very little consideration to geography and even enrollment. That's how Salpointe - a Catholic school of 1200 kids - became the only school from Tucson in Arizona's 6A ranks (that's important because Salpointe is 17-1 against other Tucson schools since 2020 and would be a perennial 8-10 win regular season team that doesn't get tested until the playoffs). When they were playing more commiserate with their geography/enrollment, they played in four championship games from 2013 to 2023, winning our D-2 title during an undefeated 2013 campaign that saw them notch two 40-point OOS wins over Vegas Liberty and Encino Crespi (they're 6-1 in OOS games since 2009). They were a ten-win team as recently as 2023, are one of only three Arizona teams to play Liberty within two touchdowns since 2022, and as mentioned earlier their recent alums include the highest paid running back in NFL history.

I guess one of your sportswriters hasn't written anything about Louisiana Kings yet.

I'd love to see a team like Ruston play Basha or Chandler.  Cajun wouldn't know what to say after the game.

I'm beginning to think he's secretly an Arizona football aficionado, considering that he "randomly" picked one school that's produced multiple NFL quarterbacks and another that's produced an All-Pro running back as evidence of how "garbage" we are.

Arizona high school football is very similar to their State Animal > The Ringtail

The Ringtail weighs a Pound on a good day and looks like a wannabe raccoon thing

The Arizona State Animal is very similar to the Arizona State people........ both very strange!

And Basha is still 1-2
They failed miserably in their OOS game and got baby sealed by a Pinnacle.

Everything else is just Ringtail babble

The people of Arizona actually voted to make The Ringtail their official State Animal in a State Animal election.

My mistake was watching the second half of a game you obviously wanted people to watch > you posted the stream like you were shocked;.
.
I won't make that same mistake again
Not good for my head.

Your mistake is overrating Louisiana teams.  Then when scrubs like Stephenville beat your top teams, making them look like world beaters as well. When anyone with a clue knows they're a team that would get clubbed by 20+ vs an Orange Lutheran type team easily

I just read this Basha team was supposed to be the most talented high school football team in Arizona high school football history.

Can't even beat Orange Lutheran or Pinnacle. 😮

I don't write it.
I just read it

The Basha High School Bears out of Chandler, Arizona, enter the 2026 season boasting one of the most talented rosters in state history, highlighted by a staggering 14 seniors committed to Division I college football programs. Coming off their 2025 Open Division State Championship, the Bears are ranked No. 11 nationally by USA Today and hold the No. 1 spot in Arizona.
