Georgia with a gutsy 4th down call, it doesn't pay off and Ole Miss takes over at the GA 25. Two plays later they score to go up 10! You'll never hear the end of this one. 

Ole Miss hits a 47 yard FG to win it, they also got a safety on the ensuing lateral, 39-34 your final. We'll have 4 fresh faces in the semi's.

The game actually ended 3 times— long story

1. Lateral hit the pylon for a safety, 1 second was put on the clock after review and the stage had to be removed from the field.

2. GA recovered the onside free kick but a 2nd review showed that they did so w/o the 1 second expiring!

3. The Dawgs threw a bunch of laterals but didn't score, ending it at last.

I guess the wrong Alabama team showed up yesterday. The 3- loss team that didn't deserve to be in the college football playoffs showed up. Terrible coaching job!
Embarrassing loss.

Has to be great to be new Ole Miss coach Pete Golding though. Good gig at $6.8 Million annually.
Golding is from Hammond, La (hour from NOLA).
He gets an A+ for keeping it all together.

Best game of the playoffs so far. Most entertaining, for sure.

Alabama is a 4-loss team that will be lucky to be in the Top 20 when the Final Poll comes out....... with 3 embarrassing blowout losses on their resume including one by 7-loss Florida State

That was proven,  but Alabama was beaten 38-3 by Indiana.  Ohio State was a chip shot fg from going to overtime with them.

The committee needs to stop babying Alabama. This was the 4th time in 15 years that they received an undeserved championship bid (11, 17, 23, 25), that nobody else would've ever been considered for.

Exactly!.... They were a 3 loss team that lost their last game before being selected to the playoffs by 21 points to a playoff team, that should have eliminated them....

You can't put 3 loss teams in the playoffs, 2 losses max.... And teams that get smoked in their Conference Championship should be eliminated....

Bama looks like they are in trouble.... 8 losses over the last 2 years, I am sure they will have players transfer out, they lost 2 of their last 3 games by a total of 56 points.... Not sure that Bama has the NIL $$ to keep up with these other teams....
