After 2017 they fell into the abyss, had some really miserable seasons and were eventually demoted to Group B. They are on the way up though, last season they made their first state final in nine years. They haven't won a game against the Big 3 since although this year might be their best chance since

I expected more from Armwood

Computers have them 46th in the state. They are a public school in the middle of nowhere playing against a team who can recruit from a metro area of 12 million.

Perhaps I'm remembering the Armwood of several years ago.

Yeah, back in 2011. They went to Las Vegas and beat Bishop Gorman and finished number 3 in the country.

For the last 10-15 years or so they have always been a step down from the elite teams in the state.

Good team overall, just not built to beat national teams like Bosco.
