Cen10 at 7?.... That's pretty aggressive, they lost to RSM.... Having watched Cen10 closely for years, I would say this is not one of their better teams.... It took 7 Turnovers for them to Barley beat MD, they don't have a Defense that is National Top 10 worthy.... Even the Cen10 dudes would say this is too high....  🤣

Solid Work Though!.... 🍻

They caused about 5 of those 7 turnovers because their rush was able to get into the backfield and disrupt the play. They might not be as deep or as well rounded as some of the elite defenses out there but most offenses won't be able to outscore their offense not even considering their ability to generate turnovers.

I hear everything you are saying but Cen10's Defense also gave up 29 points in the Third Quarter.... Cen10's Offense had a 20 yard field to score at least 3 times.... This was a Magnificent win for Cen10 and Especially for The Great Coach Logan!!...  But #7 is too high.... If Cen10 is #7, then why isn't MV #5, RSM #6?.... 🤣

Two even schools that are very close to each other this year so far. I had Buford ahead of Grayson in my first poll. The Rams have some good wins over solid opponents, but so do the Wolves. I think Buford's is slightly tougher so, I saw no reason for Grayson to leapfrog them. Neither team has anyone left that will challenge them the rest of the regular season (Newton MIGHT make Grayson sweat a little in a couple weeks). Those two will get to settle it in the playoffs anyway.

I think the 5 power teams behind SJB are interchangeable right now. Either team could beat the other on a given Friday night. I like Cen10's domination of the Monarchs in the first half. For them to hold on against the reigning national champs earned them a spot in the top 10. Yes, RSM beat them, but I like Cen10 better ow after that win. Now, if RSM beats MD I will readjust accordingly.
It appears I might have to anyway with Sierra Canyon. 41-9 over OLu! Whoa!

Yes!.... That SC win over OLU is eye opening but OLU is definitely down this year and not nearly as good as the last 2 years.... OLU will be Battling JSerra and Servite for last in the TL....

It's really too bad that SC doesn't have a better schedule, but the 2 TL teams they have played they have destroyed.... They are going to be Factor in the SS D1 playoffs Forsure, probly looking at no worse than a 3 seed at this point, possibly a 2 depending how things shake out.... KABOOM!.... 🤣

Newton has been coming up the past several years.  When they first joined the region, they were a homecoming team but not any more. We are 8-1 with our loss to them in 2023 27-31.
