Camden County has "retired" their Head Coach so there's an opening for the right person.

If you are the person, or you know the person...you might wanna check the Bluecats (Wildcats) out.

One of the Top football positions in Georgia.....IF YOU CAN WIN.

Heard there was a falling out because he didn't realize that he doesn't have control over the program. The higher ups got to make all of the decisions. Think Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys.

The "falling out" was because he didn't make the Playoffs this year.

THAT...is a staunch requirement for the pesos they pay.

And it is HARD to hafta follow Herron.

The next guy probably will have a tad easier time..........

Maybe.

Camden County did running clock (8-2) Florida Power West Broward....

I don't guess it was that important. 🤔😃

Truth of the matter is it's always been about the playoffs!

Is Colquitt County ready for Mill Creek?
Any injuries or anything like that.

I have a Pick'em ban bet happening and I picked that game as one of my 10.
I'm leaning towards Colquitt County...

I'm gonna give you the LONG version:

Colquitt is travelling 250 miles (one way) which will take them 4+ hours to get there thru Gwinnett County traffic.  I can assure you...that is not good.  Mill Creek is a fairly good-sized team.  Big lines and tall receivers.  Their offense is balanced...meaning not only do they like to throw the ball...they can run it as well.  On the Rufus scale of 1 thru 10...they're between 6-7.  Their Achilles Heel is that they can be terribly inconsistent.

Colquitt is a much better team than they were at the beginning of the season.  The Hawgs can run the ball with their 3-headed monster of...Lamar, Stephenson and Stokes.  Their O-Line is durn efficient.  Colquitt's sophomore QB has made strides this year...and he actually has a couple or so receivers to help him out.  Colquitt's Achille's Heel is their defense.  It is NOT the typical Blackhat defense from seasons' past.  They are fast, hard-nosed and love to hit...but unfortunately, they're out of position a lot of times.  Colquitt's special teams are top notch.

Honestly, with Mill Creek playing at home...the smart money is on them.  But I gotta tell you...I like our chances.  I think it's because we just don't know any better.  I had to take Colquitt even...but I have a "benjamin" on my poor, tiny, little undersized Hawgs with a former business acquaintance.  I'm not advising it...but...hey, what'cha gonna do?

Fred...man, come on.

I know you wanna see a bunch of poor, tiny, little undersized Hawgs up in the Swamp Bowl the following week...for an EASY win...but Colquitt by (2) scores?  The next thing you'll say is you think Lowndes will beat Collins Hill by (2) scores.

Get your head in the game.
