Longview's only losses are to #5 Texas South Oak Cliff 20-17 and Louisiana #3 Ruston 38-35.

Not sure what has happened to Katy. I think they build a new high school in Katy every 3 months and that's probably got something to do with it.  The landscape of Texas High School football has really changed the last decade or so.

Allen, Texas has a population of 114,000 and has one public high school which of course is Allen. Last year they had a student enrollment of 6,994.........
10 years from now Allen may have a student enrollment of over 8,000. That blows the mind!

Katy, Texas (Houston suburb)  has a population of 28,000 and has 9 public high schools.

I just don't understand really.
