I believe it. On North Shore's first drive they were called for consecutive false starts after it being 3rd and 1. The first one was on North Shore the 2nd one should've been called on Curtis making it 3rd and 1 again.  Instead it was 3rd and 11 and they didn't convert and had to punt.
