You never have to refute pure stupidity.

That's one of the things they teach you in college..... Well, they used to teach it. Not so much these days from what I'm seeing.

Which is why most of your posts don't have to be refuted.

Quote from: Redzone on Nov 10, 2025, 07:51 AMInteresting "rumor"

🤠 at plot.
The Catholic League and the teams in it have zero power. It's all about the LHSAA..... they have the juice to do whatever they want to do and they don't really like the Catholic League that much anyways.

"Edna Karr is changing districts in the 2026 football season as part of a new LHSAA redistricting plan that groups schools more geographically, moving Karr into a new 8-5A district with East Jefferson, Higgins, and Warren Easton, among others. This move is part of a regular redistricting cycle that considers student enrollment and geographic location to create new districts for the 2026-2028 cycle. "

in 2-5A, we lose Neville back to 4A and gain Peabody (Alexandria).  We will have just as many CENLA teams (ASH, Peasbody, Pineville) as NELA teams (Ouachita, West Monroe, Ruston) 100 mile district road trips will be the norm, not so bad in football maybe but in other sports that play week nights it's a killer.  Speaking of killers, Peabody vs Ouachita in basketball  :o

I saw that. Brutal.
Peabody's a hell of a basketball school though.

I'm not really buying that geographical b*******.

Hell, you literally can walk to Warren Easton from Jesuit High School....... Freaking right around the corner 4 minute walk.

The LHSAA just threw all the big 5A Charter high schools in New Orleans in 1 district which includes Edna Karr and Warren Easton that's all

Those Basketball matchup will be epic.  Neville will immediately become a favorite in 4A in football.

But why are they so content on making yall play these CENLA teams?

there are no other 5A teams within 100 miles unless we go in with Shreveport and that district is full.  Unfortunately Monroe and Alexandria are basically "islands" in 5A
