If this is a competitive game it is a massive indictment of the quality of team Louisiana produces.
So Venice has something called equity. Meaning they have played powers all the time and have built a reputation of taking on teams above their pay grade. Like IMG and SFA.
So you can cut them some slack when they play the occasional JV team. They play a top 5 FL team and top 10 based on last year. If a GA team was playing SmartEn Academy and a top 5-10 FL team no one would call them a pussy. But they don't. Georgia plays about 10 SmartEn Academy's per year.

The athletes are bigger, faster, stronger and there's just more of them.
That's why a team like Louisville can basically have 2 > 5* athletes amongst their cast this year.

I agree. Teams that bad are made up of kids who should not be playing football. They can get themselves hurt against a team that is so far beyond physically superior. They are literally a junior varsity team. Imagine if one of your starters got hurt in this game.
Games like this are horrible for the fans who paid the admission. It's bad for the concession stand when everyone leaves at halftime. The starters might play a quarter or two, which doesn't help them any.
Just a waste all around
