Amusing. 🤠🏈🤠

Looks like the experts had the wrong Michigan team ranked all year!

There are no experts.

Except that I've had Novi CC ranked ahead of Cass Tech all year.

MaxPreps had Cass Tech #21 Nationally.
A couple other polls had Cass Tech inside their Top 25 as well.

The final Redzone National Top 15 will sort out all the polling madness after the Texas High School football playoffs.

Pretty obvious case of "the experts" valuing offer sheets over the actual on-field results; Catholic played a more difficult schedule, performed better against shared competition, and didn't have a single game decided by less than 13 points but gets ranked behind a team with a "more talented" roster.

There Is absolutely no polling evidence whatsoever that should have East St Louis #1 in Illinois and Mount Carmel #2, but MaxPreps does.

Mount Carmel has beaten 6 of Illinois's Top 15 teams this year. Mount Carmel has a much stronger SOS and they are definitely one of the most talented teams in Illinois.

And, they are 5-1 all time vs East St Louis. The only time East St Louis ever beat Mount Carmel was back in the 1980s
